HOW DOES DROP OFF/ CHECK IN WORK?
What do I bring to drop off?
ONLY bring your items for that week's sale. There is a seperate drop off for each sale.
Seller Drop-Off Tips & Tricks!
1️⃣ Be Organized: The more organized you are, the quicker you'll be in and out!
2️⃣ Bundle Items: All items must be rubber-banded by size and gender (e.g., Girls 4T).
No loose items—otherwise, you'll need to re-bundle in the lobby.
3️⃣ Sort by Table: (Not required but will save you a lot of time)
KIDS SALE:
Table 1: Infant/Toddler
Table 2: Cars, Trucks, Trains, Building Sets
Table 3: Nerf, Games, Puzzles, Books
(Books need to put in the correct boxes )
Table 4: Melissa & Doug, Characters, Arts & Crafts, Educational, Build-A- Bear, Sports
Table 5: Girl Toys
WOMENS SALE:
Table 1: Kitchen
Table 2: Letters/Numbers, Wine, Figurines, Metal, Baskets, Shelves
Table 3: Candles, Home Decor, Vases, Florals
(Books need to put in the correct boxes )
Table 4: Home Decor signs/pictures and frames
Table 5: Laundry, Bathroom, Cosmetics/haircare, Office Supplies, Electronics, Arts & Crafts, Outdoor, & Pets
4️⃣ Appointment Needed: Schedule your drop-off appointment
(check the chit chat post for links).
5️⃣ Parking: Park in the first 4 spots or along the curb
(no parking between the playground and admin building).
6️⃣ Carts Available: Use shopping carts, dollies, and rolling carts to transport your items.
NEW SELLER DROP OFF PROCEDURES:
1) Scan the QR code on the door.
2) Check in at the left door; wait in the lobby if someone is already there.
3) Inspectors will check for pet hair, wrinkles, stains, etc. Ensure tags are in seams (no holes in the clothes from tags) and items are well-prepared.
4) Place items correctly on racks. Ask if unsure where to put things.
5) Leave clothes rubber-banded on racks.
6) Snap a pic with the "Come Buy My Items" sign and post it to enter the contest!
NEW SELLER DROP OFF PROCEDURES:
1). Scan the QR code on the door.
2). Check in at the right door; wait in the lobby if necessary.
3). Inspectors will quickly check for pet hair, wrinkles, odors.
4). Check your items CLOSELY. A $1 fine per item will be applied if more than 5 items are pulled.
5), Place your items under your sort code on the racks. Ask for help if needed.
6). Leave clothes rubber-banded on racks.
7). Snap a pic with the "Come Buy My Items" sign and post it to enter the contest!
